Materials are guaranteed against defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Failures resulting from incorrect installation or excessive loadare not covered. • The warranty is applicable to materials manufactured by our company. (B&W Greenhouse Construction Ltd.) • Labour and/or other losses associated with a failure are excluded. • All claims for alleged defects in goods shall be deemed waived unless made in writing to B&W. • The Buyer shall afford B&W prompt and reasonable opportunity to inspect alleged defective goods. • B&W’s liability shall be limited to the stated selling price of any defective goods, which in no event shall include Buyer’s costs, injuries, loss of profits, or goodwill, or any other special or consequential damages.
Steel Tubing that Outperforms and Outlasts
Gatorshield is a patented triple layer Flo-Coat® rust and corrosion resistant product protection that has demonstrated to be the best over the long haul versus all competitive product offerings. When rust and corrosion protection is needed - Gatorshield is "Gator Tough." In addition, the zinc interior coating provides the inside of the tube with maximum corrosion and rust protection. Inside and out - Gatorshield is the best - and has been the best product choice for over 30 years.
Gatorshield is a step above our traditional Flo-Coat product, demonstrating a thicker layer of zinc protection for extended longevity in highly corrosive environments. Best of all, Gatorshield is processed utilizing 99.99% pure zinc alloy with significantly less harmful lead content than generally encountered with pregalvanized or hot-dipped products. This means that lead oxide fumes during welding are kept to an absolute minimum.
Gatorshield's meets a minimum strength characteristic of 50,000 yield/55,000 tensile, reaching a maximum of 60,000 yield/75,000 tensile.

Terms
Small parts orders to be paid at time of pick up. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on structures and special orders. Balance is due prior to shipping. Net 30 days only with pre-approved credit. Past due invoices may be subject to late charges. Project terms are as stated in written quotations. Written quotations are valid for 30 days. No refunds on custom or non standard items.
Shipment
Prices are F.O.B. Aldergrove, B.C. unless otherwise stated. Inspect all orders upon arrival. Write on way-bill if there are any discrepancies, and report immediately. B&W shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery occasioned by causes beyond B&W’s control, including without limitation; strikes, lock-out, fires, inability to obtain materials or shipping space, breakdowns, delays of carriers or suppliers and governmental acts and regulations.
Product Changes
At B&W we are continually striving to improve our products, therefore we reserve the right to incorporate product changes at any time.
Taxes
Sales taxes are not included in the catalogue price and will be calculated and charged where applicable.
US customers and out of province customers are responsible to pay their own applicable taxes.
Engineering
Most frames are designed to meet the requirements of the Canadian Farm Building Code (1995).
The freestanding houses and the gutter houses are available in designs certified to heavier loads for retailing and other uses. We can supply sealed drawing and notes for permit applications.
Restocking Charge
Claims for defective equipment will only be considered for equipment installed by a licensed trades person. No refunds for electrical or gas equipment. A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all other materials returned within 30 days in “as new” condition. No refunds on custom or non-standard items.
